First thematic seminar of the project, this seminar in Helsinki will be dedicated to the issue of low-carbon transport. Participants will discover the specific challenges of the Gulf of Finland, including in link with the fixed-link project between the two shores of the strait.

This seminar is organised by the Regional Council of Helsinki-Uusimaa, together with Pas-de-Calais County Council, lead partner of the project.
