The Week of international solidarity (in French, Semaine de la solidarité internationale) takes place every year in France during the third week of November: the opportunity to raise public awareness on international solidarity and sustainable development. The objective is to inform, understand to act, promoting the openness to the world of the territories. In 2016, the Week of international solidarity focuses on links between local and global, to demonstrate that each action matters: let’s be actors of a better world
Every year on the occasion of the Week of international solidarity, the Europe and international team of Pas-de-Calais County Council organises actions of awareness raising towards the 7 000 people working for the county administration.
